About Wayyak

Wayyak is a marketplace for spaces you can rent by the hour. Photographers book studios for an afternoon, teams book a room for a morning workshop, and families book a garden for an evening. None of those need a whole day, and none of them should be priced like one.

Why by the hour

Most venue listings are built around a full-day rate, which suits the venue more than the person renting it. Charging by the hour means a two-hour shoot costs two hours, and a host with a quiet weekday morning can fill it instead of leaving the room empty.

How we keep it straightforward

• One hourly rate per space, plus a cleaning fee only if the host charges one.
• A minimum booking length set by the host, shown before you book.
• A clear total before you send a request. No overtime surprises.
• Reviews only from guests who actually booked and used the space.

For hosts

You decide the rate, the opening hours, the minimum booking, and whether each request needs your approval. Your calendar cannot be double booked: once a slot is taken it is gone, and the next request for the same hours is refused automatically.
