Sunlit Industrial Loft

A corner loft on the top floor of a converted textile factory. Eleven south-facing windows run the length of the room, so from mid-morning until late afternoon the whole floor is lit without a single lamp. Exposed brick on two walls, white on the others, and a polished concrete floor that photographs clean.

The space is one open rectangle with no columns, which makes it easy to reconfigure: we keep sixty folding chairs, eight trestle tables and a rolling clothes rail in the store cupboard, and you are welcome to use any of it.
