A working demonstration kitchen with an island the whole class can stand around, and a camera position above it that food photographers book on its own.
Two ovens, a six-burner range, a cold room, and more counter space than most restaurant kitchens. Everything is stainless and lit from above, so there are no colour casts to fight afterwards.
